Dr. Amy Ellis
Dr. Ellis earned her PhD from the Department of Nutrition Sciences at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Previously, she received a BS in Biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her MPH in Nutrition from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Building on her background as a clinical dietitian in inpatient and outpatient settings, Dr. Ellis’ research interests include nutritional influences on aging and neurodegenerative diseases.
